Decision-Making for Leaders

  • Thinking Probabilistically

    This course teaches leaders to approach decisions with a probabilistic mindset—one that embraces uncertainty, quantifies risk, and uses data-driven tools like base rates and expected value.

    Participants will learn to apply probabilistic frameworks to personal decisions, while also building a culture of probabilistic thinking within their teams, enabling more informed and strategic decisions across the organization. 

  • Managing Cognitive Biases

    Cognitive biases can cloud even the most experienced leader’s judgment.

    This course helps leaders recognize and mitigate the biases that affect decision-making—both in themselves and in the teams they lead. Participants will learn practical strategies to counter biases like confirmation bias, overconfidence, and the sunk cost fallacy, and foster an organizational environment where objective, evidence-based decisions become the norm.
